Victor's first job in the fit-out and refurbishment industry was as a trainee estimator over 25 years ago.
Having worked his way up to the position of Project Surveyor, Victor joined Nico Construction Ltd where he eventually took on the overall responsibility for the estimating and commercial functions, a role he has performed for other leading fit-out companies.
Victor and his team at Paragon will involve themselves at every stage of the project, supporting the client's commercial representative through the pre-tendering process to final account and post project client support.
Victor prides himself on his ability to understand all aspects of project delivery, thereby enabling him to provide accurate and effective advice on all project costs.
