With over 25 years of experience within the specialist Fit out and refurbishment markets, Matt is a problem solver and a manager who leads by example, having worked his way up the management ladder from a trainee site manager.

He is passionate about quality, health and safety and understands the importance of generating a close working relationship with both clients and professional teams. As the driver behind Paragon his values have fashioned our approach to our clients, the construction process, and the value we place on our supply chain.

His approach to day to day business is transparent, honest and proactive and as an active and visible member of the Paragon operations team, his experience and direction makes a daily difference.
