Neil has worked within the construction and Interior fit out market for the past twenty years. Coming from a construction and carpentry background Neil has developed a keen eye for delivering quality projects using a, no nonsense, common sense approach.
As a Project Manager Neil has formed part of many leadership teams over the years working for key blue-chip clients such as JP Morgan Chase, KPMG, Barclays, Saatchi + Saatchi, Goldman Sachs and American Express.
Neil moved up to Senior Director level in 2006 when he became Business Unit Director for Wates Interiors. In his role at Paragon Neil will work alongside all clients and project teams and provide leadership and direction to the onsite Paragon Management team ensuring Quality, delivery and value for money solutions at all levels from preconstruction to practical completion.
